CELPIP-General
CELPIP is the simplest test to convert: its levels were designed on the CLB scale, so a CELPIP 9 is CLB 9, and anything from 10 to 12 counts as CLB 10. Scores below 4 are below CLB 4 and give no CRS points.
Worked example
With the minimum CELPIP-General score for CLB 9 in all four abilities, you are at CLB 9 everywhere. As your first official language that gives 124 CRS points if you are single, or 116 if your spouse or partner comes with you.
